The relationship between contract lifecycle management (CLM) tools and legal has been a steady, though bumpy, one, despite the technology being one of the most in-demand solutions in recent years. Now that the initial adoption rush of the pandemic has slowed down, the CLM market is facing new challenges—whether it be slow adoptions, a spike in prices or evolving demands from clients.

As the industry continues to navigate the uncertain economic climate, Agiloft, a no-code CLM company, announced Thursday that Prashant Dubey, former VP and GM of CLM at Elevate, a global provider of software and services for the legal industry, will join the company as its new chief strategy officer and research chair of Agiloft Insights. Dubey brings with him more than two decades of experience in the legal services market.
