On Tuesday, e-discovery and risk-management company Hanzo announced the launch of “Hanzo Command Center,” a new Slack application. The tool is designed to work alongside the provider’s information governance solution, Illuminate, and is contingent on a user being subscribed to the platform.

The Command Center is meant to allow users to create matters, place legal holds, and trigger data collections within Slack or their Google Workspace directly through their Slack accounts.
