The Dallas-based nemesis of many Silicon Valley patent litigators is moving next door.
McKool Smith is opening an office in Redwood City, Calif., with the addition of IP litigator Courtland Reichman, a founding partner of King & Spalding’s Silicon Valley and San Francisco offices and former chair of its IP group. He’ll be taking with him partner Jill Wasserman and senior counsel Sarah Jorgensen.
