With all the sturm and drang in Washington, D.C., it’s easy to overlook other Trump administration shenanigans, such as an abrupt reversal by the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency that endangers a spectacular natural resource.

On Wednesday, litigators at Sheppard, Mullin, Richter & Hampton working pro bono sued the EPA in Anchorage, Alaska federal court on behalf of nonprofit Trout Unlimited, challenging a move that opens the door to mining in Alaska’s Bristol Bay watershed.
