Welcome to another edition of our Litigation Leaders series, featuring the litigation practice leaders at some of the biggest and most innovative law firms in the country.

Meet Lisa Noller, the chair of the national litigation department and government enforcement defense and investigations practice at Foley & Lardner. Noller, who is based in Chicago, is the first woman to lead the firm’s litigation department. Her practice has a particular focus on health care matters including False Claims Act cases and handling criminal matters brought under anti-kickback statutes. Prior to joining the firm in 2010, Noller was an assistant U.S. attorney in Chicago for about a decade, where she rose to deputy chief, most recently in the Financial Crimes and Special Prosecutions Section. She also practiced in the office’s civil division.
