Willkie Farr & Gallagher partners have collected nearly $4 million dollars in fees in representing the U.S. interests of a Venezuelan-owned oil company in lobbying, transactions and litigation, according to several new Justice Department filings.

Willkie’s legal services were completed in October 2019, according to Foreign Agent Registration Act (FARA) documents, showing the firm represented PDV Holding Inc., Citgo Holding Inc. and Citgo Petroleum Corp. But the firm’s registrations were only filed in April 2021.
