The National Law Journal has launched a profile series of plaintiffs bar leaders. Each Q&A will take a personal look at the attorney’s career and legacy as well as discuss industry trends.

In this edition, we sat down with Craig Peters, president of the interest group Consumer Attorneys of California and founding partner of the San Francisco-based personal injury and product liability firm Altair Law. He discussed the recent push in some western states to open up the plaintiffs bar to third-party investors as well as how the autonomous vehicle revolution will transform the personal injury business.
