Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom, Latham & Watkins and Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison are acting as beauty giant Estée Lauder acquires the Tom Ford brand for $2.8 billion deal, one of the year’s biggest fashion deals.

Founded in 1946, Estée Lauder is among the world’s biggest beauty companies and owns  brands as Clinique, MAC, Bobbi Brown and Jo Malone, with revenues reaching as high as $14.5 billion. Meanwhile, luxury fashion brand Tom Ford has since 2005 been in an alliance with Estée Lauder.
