A group of gamers pressed the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit on Wednesday to pause Microsoft’s nearly $70 billion purchase of “Call of Duty”-maker Activision Blizzard.

A lower court denied the gamers’ bid last year, holding they failed to prove they would be immediately harmed due to the merger between Xbox manufacturer Microsoft and Activision.
