Baker Botts has promoted four lawyers to partner in Washington effective Jan. 1.
Ama Adams, 34, and Thomas Holmberg, 37, are associates in the global projects group. Adams focuses on international transactions and U.S. regulation of trade and investment. She earned her J.D. from the University of Virginia School of Law. Holmberg focuses on energy-related projects and transactions, as well as disputes in the natural gas and liquefied natural gas industries. He earned his J.D. from Georgetown University Law Center.
