As the Milwaukee skyline undergoes its biggest transformation in decades, the local law firm market has been realigned by the completion of the country’s largest law firm merger through the first half of the year.
After about five years of zero growth in office space, Milwaukee will see 400,000 square feet delivered this year, according to real estate firm JLL. Two new office towers — among the tallest in the city — are nearing completion, and rental rates are rising in a hot market.
