Two attorneys from Foley & Lardner on Thursday entered their appearances in a lawsuit concerning the MCO2 cryptocurrency token’s launch on the Gemini exchange, filed in December in the Southern District of New York.

Foley partner Geoffrey M. Raux and associate Patrick J. Rodriguez are representing defendants Lirdes S.A., a South American-based company doing business as Moss.Earth, and its founder Luis Felipe Adaime.
