Hallmark Cards Inc. and The Continental Insurance Company sued MSC Mediterranean Shipping Company S.A. Tuesday in New York Southern District Court. The case, filed by Hill Rivkins LLP, accuses MSC of failing to deliver cargo in the contracted condition and seeks $1,165,464.82 in damages. Lawyers have not yet appeared for the defendants.
