DLA Piper and Katten Muchin Rosenman are the latest Big Law firms to announce that they are sweetening the pot for high-billers—which makes them outliers in the bonus game this year.

A majority of large firms have continued to match the scale set by Baker McKenzie, which legal consultants said is an indication that firm management is proceeding with caution given the uncertainty looming over 2023.
