Plaintiff brought an action seeking to recover damages it allegedly sustained as a result of renting real property it owned to defendant Brandon Adegunle, who according to court papers also goes by the handle Jeezy Hefner.

Defendant represented that he was going to use the property for a small family barbeque, but in reality, intended to throw a large for-profit party that included booking a charter bus; renting portable toilets; hiring a DJ and four security guards; and posting advertisements on social media.
