Plaintiff coaches sued the National Football League for racial discrimination and retaliation. In March, the court compelled arbitration of Hortons’ claims against the Tennessee Titans, Steve Wilks’ claims against the Arizona Cardinals, and Brian Flores’s claims against the Miami Dolphins.

However the court did not compel arbitration of Flores’ claims against the New York Giants, the Denver Broncos, and the Houston Texans. Plaintiffs sought reconsideration of that portion of the arbitration opinion granting the motion to compel arbitration, whereas defendants sought to compel arbitration of the remainder of claims.
