A class action lawsuit filed against Taco Bell on Monday in the Eastern District of New York alleged that some of the fast food restaurant’s signature products, including the Crunchwrap Supreme and the Mexican Pizza, don’t live up to the promise of its advertising.

Attorneys James C. Kelly and Anthony J. Russo represent the proposed class representative, a Queens man who paid $5.29 for a Mexican Pizza at a Taco Bell in Ridgewood, Queens.
