Manatt, Phelps & Phillips has added Axel Bernabe as a partner in the firm’s cannabis practice. He most recently served as chief of staff and senior policy director for the Office of Cannabis Management.
Phillips Lytle has named longtime partner Douglas Dimitroff as managing partner, effective Jan. 1. He will succeed Kevin Hogan who has held the position since 2017.
