A federal judge has agreed to close his courtroom to most of the public when an undercover FBI agent testifies at an upcoming trial.

As the Eastern District U.S. Attorney’s Office prepares to prosecute Tairod Nathan Webster Pugh, an Air Force veteran accused of providing material support to ISIS, it asked to bar all observers from the courtroom, except for Pugh’s immediate family, when an undercover agent testifies.
