New Jersey-based Flaster Greenberg has launched an insurance counseling and recovery practice group after more than doubling its roster of insurance lawyers since the start of 2020, with lateral additions from Washington, D.C.-based Weisbrod Matteis & Copley and more recently from Maryland-based Offit Kurman.

Most recently, Flaster Greenberg recruited shareholder Jay Levin and counsel Jennifer Katz, who were principal and counsel, respectively, at Offit Kurman before starting at Flaster Greenberg. Levin, who started May 24, is based out of the firm’s West Conshohocken, Pennsylvania, office, and Katz, who began June 1, is based in the firm’s home office in Cherry Hill.
