Morgan, Lewis & Bockius bolstered its corporate compliance team on Monday with the addition of Amy Schuh, who left her position as senior vice president and chief ethics and compliance officer at New Jersey-headquartered IT consultant and Morgan Lewis client Cognizant in August.

Leaders at the global law firm said in a statement Monday that Schuh, who joins the firm in its Philadelphia main office as a partner, is in a position to address clients’ multi-jurisdictional compliance and ethics-related legal needs as part of the nearly 1,000-member global litigation team.
