Weber Gallagher Simpson Stapleton Fires & Newby New Jersey-based partner Ken Sharperson has been chairing the firm’s diversity committee, but on Jan. 1 he stepped into a new role, running diversity and inclusion efforts firmwide. 

Sharperson, who practices in the firm’s Bedminster office, spoke with Law.com to discuss his vision for the newly created role and the prevailing challenges among law firms to cultivating and maintaining an inclusive and equitable culture.
