Dilworth Paxson announced Thursday that it merged with New Jersey public finance firm GluckWalrath, the first in a series of possible expansions to the Philadelphia-based firm in the coming months.

All 12 attorneys of GluckWalrath will be joining Dilworth Paxson, raising Dilworth’s head count to just above 100 attorneys, according to Dilworth chair Lawrence McMichael.
