Another indemnification suit filed in a New Jersey federal court by Wyndham Hotels & Resorts is a sign that the lodging industry is taking human trafficking litigation very seriously.

Wyndham, based in Parsippany, New Jersey, filed suit along with its affiliate, Days Inn Worldwide, to compel an Ohio hotel franchisee to pay its expenses from litigation over sex trafficking.
