Judge Joseph Greenaway will join Arnold & Porter Kaye Scholer as a partner this September, after he retired from the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit earlier this year.
Greenaway, who was on the federal bench for 27 years, will join the firm’s appellate and Supreme Court, complex litigation, and white-collar practices, working in Newark and New York. He will focus on employment law, complex litigation, white-collar securities litigation, patent work, arbitration and mediation, among others.
