Rolls-Royce sued cookware company One Source to Market d/b/a HexClad for trademark infringement on Aug. 23 in New Jersey District Court. The suit, filed by Buchanan Ingersoll & Rooney and Kelly IP, seeks to enjoin promoter and celebrity chef Gordon Ramsay from referring to HexClad’s pans as ‘the Rolls-Royce of pans.’ Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendant. The case is 2:23-cv-08387, Rolls-Royce Motor Cars Ltd. v. One Source to Market LLC.
