Princeton University and other defendants were slapped with an employment discrimination lawsuit on Sept. 18 in New Jersey Superior Court for Mercer County. The lawsuit was filed by Kipnis Law Offices on behalf of a data management support member who claims he was unlawfully terminated after seeking a medical exemption from the defendant’s COVID-19 vaccine mandate. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendants. The case is MERL001789-23, Rizzo Drew Vs Princeton University.
