Good morning and welcome to Supreme Court Brief. The justices today hear the longest argument of this final week of the November argument session. They have allotted one hour and 40 minutes for four consolidated cases involving the Indian Child Welfare Act. We spoke with Kathryn Fort, head of the ICWA appellate project at Michigan State University College of Law about her clinic and the case.
