John B. Attanasio, who served as dean of SMU’s Dedman School of Law for 15 years, was arrested for prostitution, as part of an undercover police sting operation, according to a probable cause affidavit.

Attanasio was arrested on Feb. 1 for the Class B misdemeanor charge and was released the same day after posting a $500 bond, according to Collin County Sheriff’s Department jail records.
