Sidley Austin has hired McKool Smith litigators Aimee Fagan and Phillip Aurentz in Dallas as partners in the global intellectual property litigation practice, expanding the firm’s intellectual property capabilities in the energy sector.

Yvette Ostolaza, managing partner of the Dallas office and a member of the firm’s management committee, said it’s a “real coup” to add Fagan and Aurentz to the firm.
