Coats Rose is pleased to announce that Shannon Davis Hunter has been selected as a Fellow in Leadership Houston Class XL. The class of 47 community leaders will engage in a 10-month signature program that will include a journey through Houston’s economy, history, and growth plans complete with hands-on learning experiences and exposure to Houston’s key industries, including energy, health care, education and government. Fellows will engage together on a civic class project to effect positive change and will individually develop personal plans for future civic engagement.

Hunter is a partner in the Affordable Housing and Community Development practice in Houston, where she represents public housing authorities, housing developers (both for- and non-profit), syndicators, and investors with leveraging various products, including HOPE VI funds, low-income housing tax credits, private activity tax-exempt bonds, investment syndications and conventional loans, to finance their projects.
