Real estate brokerage Redfin Corp. has won a patent infringement trial brought by one of its co-founders over 3D home tour technology.

Jurors in U.S. District Judge Alan Albright’s Waco, Texas, courtroom found late Tuesday that Redfin did not infringe any of 10 patent claims asserted by Surefield. David Eraker started Surefield in 2012 after leaving Redfin. The company had been seeking more than $66 million in damages.
