Scores of clients are alleging in a San Antonio bankruptcy court that a former elder law attorney stole millions of dollars from trusts and investment accounts.

Some of the missing assets were put into financial investment accounts, while other assets were put into trusts, court filings claim. The clients have not been able to get an accounting of where the funds are, according to court filings.
