Five lawyers from Bardsley, Benedict + Cholden, including one of the firm’s founding partners, took their entire book of business in professional liability work to a firm of their creation, saying that mounting conflicts were preventing them from fully servicing clients.

Bardsley Law opened its doors on Jan. 3, with one office in Berwyn, Pennsylvania, founding partner and civil litigator Steven Bardsley said in an interview Wednesday.
