A Pennsylvania woman’s lawsuit claiming a haircare line contained false advertising for its supposedly “natural” ingredients can partially continue, a federal judge has ruled.

Plaintiff Rachel Binakonsky filed a class action suit against JM Brands LLC in April 2021, claiming that the company and its Purezero haircare line violated the Pennsylvania Unfair Trade Practices and Consumer Protection Law, breached express and implied warranty and committed unjust enrichment.
