DLA Piper has hired former federal prosecutor Michelle Morgan as a partner in its Wilmington, Delaware, office, following 15 years in the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.

Morgan, who most recently served as chief of the corruption and civil rights section, said she intends to deploy her more than 20 years of experience at the Department of Justice to add to the firm’s litigation bench strength in a variety of practice areas and industry groups.
