Uniloc and its licensees can finally breathe easy.

Following a second appeal, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit ruled Wednesday that U.S. District Judge William Alsup of San Francisco overstepped by ordering the unsealing of 109 licenses Uniloc struck with third parties.
