Gunderson Dettmer, continuing to diversify within its corporate-only niche, has brought on capital markets partner Andrew “Andy” Thorpe in San Francisco.

Thorpe, who has advised on more than 40 IPOs throughout his career, had been a partner at Mintz, Levin, Cohn, Ferris, Glovsky and Popeo since 2020. He previously spent nearly seven years as a partner at Orrick Herrington & Sutcliffe, and began his private practice at Morrison & Foerster in 2005.
