A lab director at the center of an evidentiary hearing tied to Elizabeth Holmes’ bid for a new trial says the Theranos founder has transformed a limited inquiry on whether he feels the government manipulated his trial testimony into a “free-for-all.”

Former Theranos lab director Adam Rosendorff has tapped Quinn Emanuel Urquhart & Sullivan in an attempt to quash a subpoena from Holmes seeking non-privileged emails or communications going back to Sept. 24, 2021, regarding his trial testimony and his interactions and work with prosecutors.
