Raines Feldman LLP and attorney Hamid Rafatjoo were hit with a legal malpractice lawsuit on June 14 in California Superior Court for Los Angeles County. The court case was filed by the Law Offices of Ronald Richards & Associates and the Law Offices of Geoffrey Long on behalf of Haim Revah and Lucinda Revah. The plaintiffs allege that the defendants failed to adequately advise them in an underlying foreclosure dispute. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendants. The case is 23SMCV02673, Revah v. Raines Feldman, LLP.
