Milberg Coleman Bryson Phillips Grossman filed a data breach class action on Nov. 6 in California Northern District Court against Postmeds. The complaint accuses the company of failing to secure the personally identifiable information of individuals stemming from a data breach around Oct. 30. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendant. The case is 3:23-cv-05710, Reed v. Postmeds, Inc.
