Clarkson Law Firm might’ve dropped its initial privacy suit against OpenAI and Microsoft Corp., but the firm’s managing partner Ryan Clarkson said the firm remains resolute in its mission to vindicate clients’ rights.

The firm filed the June complaint alleging the company scrapes personal information on the internet without consent followed by a similar suit against Google in July. Since then, Morgan & Morgan joined the fray with its own privacy complaint against OpenAI and Microsoft in September.
