SAN FRANCISCO — On its third attempt, MagnaChip Semiconductor Corp. has finally pulled off its IPO. The Korean chip maker, which was advised by a team of Jones Day attorneys, raised $133 million on March 11.

Handling the work were Jones Day Palo Alto partners Khoa Do and Micheal Reagan and W. Stuart Ogg out of the firm’s Los Angeles office.
