SAN FRANCISCO — Wilson Sonsini is set to rake in more than $3 million in legal fees from representing two Bay Area companies slated to go public in the coming weeks.

Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati corporate partners David Segre and Rezwan Pavri are advising Trulia Inc., a San Francisco-based online real estate listing service that’s expected to begin trading on the New York Stock Exchange on Thursday. The company plans to raise $90 million by selling 6 million shares at a price range of $14 to $16 a share. Trulia paid Wilson Sonsini $1,550,000 in legal fees and expenses, according to a Sept. 13 filing.
