In an effort to support existing clients, Venable has launched its first Bay Area office with a small cadre of new hires and attorneys imported from New York and Washington, D.C.
James Nelson, a corporate partner focused on technology transactions, has transferred from New York to lead the new office. He will be joined at One Market Street in San Francisco by fellow corporate attorneys Arthur Cirulnick from D.C. and Michelle Ontiveros Gross from New York.
