SAN FRANCISCO — Oakland-based music streaming service Pandora Media Inc. brought aboard former Electronic Arts Inc. legal head Stephen Bené as the company’s newest general counsel. Bené joins after nearly 20 years with Electronic Arts, including the last 10 as G.C. According to his LinkedIn profile, his last day with E.A. was in May.
Bené, who wasn’t available to comment Monday, replaces Delida Costin, who had been Pandora’s first in-house hire in 2010. In June, Pandora announced the departure of Delida and her plans to stay with the company as an adviser until late September.
