SAN FRANCISCO — Two prominent McDermott Will & Emery patent litigators are expected to join Paul Hastings in the coming weeks, according to several individuals with knowledge of the move.
Partners Yar Chaikovsky and Blair Jacobs have resigned from McDermott, and Paul Hastings partners will vote on their candidacy Tuesday during their annual meeting in Los Angeles. Several individuals familiar with the situation said additional McDermott attorneys are expected to follow.
