SAN FRANCISCO—Corporate attorney Adam Ettinger joined Sheppard, Mullin, Richter & Hampton’s Century City office as a partner on Thursday. Ettinger, who focuses on technology transfer and venture financing, is winding down the small practice where he provided outsourced general counsel services to emerging companies.
“My practice was requiring me to have a lot of different attorneys in different specialties,” said Ettinger, who was managing partner of Strategic Counsel Corp. The firm had five attorneys at its largest size. “Sheppard literally had the very best attorneys in every single practice area that I could imagine.”
