SAN FRANCISCO — Frank Bernstein has left Kenyon & Kenyon, where he was managing partner of the Silicon Valley office, to join Redwood Shores intellectual property boutique, Singularity.

Bernstein, who handles prosecution, litigation and counseling, said his clients in the information technology and software industries would follow him to Singularity. The firm, which former Cooley partner Ronald Lemieux founded last year, now has seven attorneys.
