Intellectual property litigators David Bohrer and Mansi Shah are leaving the legal startup Valorem Law Group to open a San Jose office for Merchant & Gould. Bohrer will be the new office’s managing partner.
Years before joining Valorem, both Bohrer and Shah worked at Morgan, Lewis & Bockius, where Bohrer was an equity partner and Shah was a senior associate.
